How long does shipping take?

How do I track my order?
Once you order, you will be given an Australia Post tracking number that you can use to track your order via the Australia Post website or app.
Returns
Can I exchange for a different item?
Due to health and hygiene reasons, an exchange can not be granted for change of mind. If the item has arrived damaged or has broken through no fault of the customer than and exchange or refund can be given. Photo evidence may be requested

What are the earring posts made from?
Our earring posts are made from high quality surgical stainless steel. Although we can make no guarantee, many of customers with sensitive ears say they have been able to wear our earrings all day without any issues
Do you make clip on earrings?
At this stage, the answer is No, however watch this space! While we have played around with a few different clip on options, we are yet to find one that we are completely happy with that will offer our customers comfort and style. Once we settle on the best option we will let you know
What are your earrings made of?
The majority of our earrings are made from acrylic laser cuts or UV printed acrylic pieces. Where possible acrylic laser cuts are sourced from local suppliers.
Acrylic earrings are super lightweight which means it’s feels like you are wearing nothing at all, nothing at all, nothing at allll….
Are your earrings hand made?
They sure are! All done by little ol’ me and sometimes little miss Olive herself.
Although the pieces arrive pre made and pre cut. A lot of time is spent preparing the earrings by hand. Whether it be peeling off protective layers, drilling holes, glueing and attaching jump rings. A lot of time and love goes into making each pair.
